Get source

Download qtspeakerdesigner.tar.gz. Untar it with tar zxvf qtspeakerdesigner.tar.gz to your source directory. Get also latest gwt and install it.

Compile source

Type
. ./setqtdir.sh

Type
qmake

Type
make

Execute it

Type
./qtspeakerdesigner &

Make distribution

Type
make dist

Easy uploads with Konqueror browser

Use konqueror. Select your file. Copy it. Select the incoming directory on the ftp server. Select paste. The file is then uploaded, automatically! The will propably work with Apple Safari browser since they have the same code base.

How to supply driver parameter files

1. Read the xml format specfication. It can be found here.
2. Write your own xml format files with your own parameters.
3. Send the files to either to the project author, or upload them to the anonymous ftp server
